RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Preorder sales are final since these items are made to order.

SHIPPING

Pre-ordered items have a set shipping date in the description of the order. For in stock items, please allow me 5-7 business days to pack and ship your order. All orders are charged $13 for shipping. At the time of shipment, I will refund you any shipping overcharges.

BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL

All orders are covered by insurance through USPS, so if you receive an item that is broken follow these steps to obtain a replacement:

Provide me with your tracking number, the date you purchased the item, and a picture of the broken piece.You must notify me upon receipt of the broken piece to ensure that I can submit a claim in time through USPS to get the insurance coverage for your piece.
